All services provided by CloudBay India are prepaid services. Clients are required to make a one-month advance payment before the commencement of any work. The payment secures the project’s initiation and covers the services outlined in the agreed proposal or contract. Failure to make the advance payment will result in delays or cancellation of the project. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Any additional services requested during the project will be subject to separate charges and must be paid in advance before execution
