Welcome to CloudBay India! This Service Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the services we provide. By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to the policies stated below.

1. Service Scope

CloudBay India provides the following services:

• Website Development
• SEO & Digital Marketing
• Business Promotion Services
• E-commerce Store Development
• Graphic Design & Branding Solutions

All services will be delivered as per the mutually agreed proposal and timelines.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for project execution.
• Any delays from the client’s side in providing information, feedback, or materials will directly impact the project timeline.
• All graphical content, logos, and data provided by the client must have proper authorization or copyright clearance.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made according to the agreed milestones and terms mentioned in the proposal.
• For projects below ₹50,000, 50% advance payment is required before project initiation.
• For projects above ₹50,000, 40% advance payment, 30% mid-project payment, and 30% on project completion are required.
• Failure to pay within the due date will result in the suspension of services.

4. Revisions and Modifications

• Two rounds of revisions will be provided for each project stage. Any additional revisions will be charged separately.
• Any modifications beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.

5. Data Security & Confidentiality

• All client data will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
• CloudBay India implements industry-standard security protocols to protect client data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.

6. Service Timelines

• All project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before the project starts.
• Unavoidable delays due to technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or client-side delays will be communicated promptly.

7. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
• If the client cancels the project before the commencement, 80% of the advance payment will be refunded.
• Refunds are not applicable for completed services or digital marketing campaigns that have already been executed.

8. Warranty and Support

• Website development projects come with 30 days of free technical support post-delivery.
• Any additional support beyond this period will be charged as per the support package opted by the client.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

• CloudBay India may use third-party services for website hosting, payment gateways, and SEO tools. The company is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party providers.

10. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the contract with 15 days’ written notice.
• Upon termination, the client must clear all pending dues, and CloudBay India will deliver all completed work until the termination date.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the services will be resolved amicably through mutual discussions. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.

12. Amendments

• CloudBay India reserves the right to amend this Service Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
